Twenty-four weeks, six countries, six modules. Our program is not designed to teach you how to afford this life. It is designed to teach you to behave as though you already do. (If you require a paycheck, please select the Patron's Track at checkout — waitlist priority given to trust beneficiaries and owners of 2+ rental units.)
"The Academy will not teach you how to buy a villa. It will teach you how to stand on the terrace of one as though you were born there." From the welcome letter
The foundational module. We visit twelve farmhouses, sleep in four, and make an offer on one we will pretend not to regret for the rest of our lives.
The single most common tell of the financially insecure is how they order wine. We fix this in twenty-one days or you are quietly asked to leave.
An undramatic, procedural module. We meet with three accountants, four lawyers, and one extremely calm woman named Ines who will not be introduced to you by name.
You cannot manifest a life of ease with a cluttered aesthetic. This module is primarily held over Zoom, in linen.
The culminating social module. You will step onto three different yachts and disembark from all of them as though you had been invited. You will have been, once.
You will arrive to the final module with a vision. You will leave with a curated grid, an LLC, a new phone number, and a quiet certainty that, really, it was meant to be this way.
Payable in full, in euros, up front. We do not offer payment plans; we find the concept of them discouraging to the work.
